FAQ
What are the different grades for enamel pins?
Enamel pins aren't always made perfectly consistent since they're made by hand. A-grades are the standard as they have no defects and look exactly as expected. B-grades have slight issues that aren't too noticeable like small spots, minor scuffs, inconsistent plating, etc. C-grades have blemishes are much more noticeable like missing metal lines, missing enamel area, etc. The lesser grades have a cheaper price to make up for the imperfections.
When do you ship and how long does it take?
I work a full-time day job so I generally can only make shipments about once a week. If you need yours sooner rather than later, please contact me and we can work something out. Please give me 1-3 business days to process the order. I use USPS first class shipping so it will take about 3-5 business days for within the US. International shipping wildly varies by country, so it may take 1-4 weeks or more due to the pandemic.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
This is because USPS has changed their pricing and rules for international shipping. It really sucks, but unfortunately there's not much I can do about it.
Instead of having it shipped, can I arrange to pick it up in person?
Due to COVID-19, I will only ship products by mail.
There's artwork I'd like to see as a product, but it's not on here. Could you make that happen?
I do have a RedBubble that has a wider variety of products. But if you don't see it there either, let me know which artwork it is that you'd like to see as a product and perhaps I can make it happen. Please keep in mind though that I only have select products on this shop as I have to produce, package, and ship all products on this shop manually myself, so I won't be able to fulfill all requests.
Do you take commissions?
Currently, I only take commissions from friends because I work a full-time job and need some free time in my life.
Do you do returns?
Generally, no. There may be some circumstances like if the product was compromised/damaged and it's certain that it was not a shipping issue. I will have to consider it case-by-case, but if your product is in good condition, I cannot process returns.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a creative job and ended up in my current career in UI/UX design. However, I still love to draw and with support from various people from around the world, I decided to give an online store a try. I primarily draw original artwork in traditional medium, but I also do occasionally draw digitally and sometimes indulge in some fan art.
